As a member of the Point of Experience (POE) team, you will manage the entire POE assortment cycle, ensuring smooth operations from conception to execution. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance sales and product positioning. Additionally, you will support marketing and sales initiatives and oversee the budget for POE tools.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the POE assortment management
  • Management of the entire POE assortment cycle. From conception, including assortment strategy to data maintenance, administrative tasks and communication with internal and external interfaces
  • Accompanying the entire POE tools product life cycle while keeping the deadlines
  • Development and implementation of innovative, tried-and-tested and eye-catching approaches to increase sales at the POE and for product positioning
  • Supporting trade marketing and sales by development of customer-specific POS activations
  • Management and data maintenance of the POE assortment, as POE presenter, Give Aways, Event Set Up, etc.
  • Responsibility for POE tools budgets

Your profile

  • Commercial education or degree in business administration, marketing, communications or trade marketing
  • Experience in project management
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and technologies as well as sales and communication channels
  • Confident use of common marketing tools
  • Teamplayer with strong organisational and coordination skills as well as very good communication & presentation skills
  • Personality with an analytical and strategic mindset and an openness to new technologies and ideas
  • Ability to interface constructively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), every other language is a plus
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office, PLM and ERP
